About Us

Turning my passion into work and working in a family business was the only answer for me and my family to achieve work-life balance. The life of a Chef is notoriously long hours cooped up in the kitchen, and for many years in various countries, I sacrificed family time for too many hours in the kitchen. Here in Costa Rica my hours are not less, but I try to make more time for the family, I can spend more time with them.

Our Kitchen

My kitchen is very marked by my experience in several countries such as Spain, Italy, France, Brazil and Costa Rica, in addition to the fact that I live studying and testing new techniques and ideas in order to surprise the palates of our guests.

 

In addition to a kitchen with local and seasonal products, with traditional and contemporary cooking techniques seeking unique textures and flavors, to delight the palate of our customers
